Lindsay has worked in digital marketing for over 10 years. She provides online marketing consulting, as well as advising and execution plans for search engine optimization, SEO marketing, copywriting, and social media marketing. Her experience includes international brands with seven figure budgets, and startups with no more than $400 per month. Lindsay and Digital Wake share a passion to deliver exceptional value to their clients while helping them promote their business for long-term success.

Rebecca is Digital Wake’s preferred partner for business development and communications strategies. She is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with expertise in cultivating client relationships, performing project management, formulating and executing marketing strategies, devising advertising programs, brand development, sponsorship activations, and conducting marketing research.

She also has a passion for connecting people and enhancing teams, and is a sought-after guest speaker by organizations seeking to increase engagement and grow their networks.

Celenia

Celenia Chapa

Associate

Celenia is involved with a lot of Digital Wake’s client interactions ensuring that our web design and development solutions meet their needs, and that changes are quickly and correctly implemented.

Celenia has a degree in Communication Design and has applied this education in a variety of design and technical work, including web design and eLearning development. She’s also Digital Wake’s go-to person to help clients understand how to use their website, including how to implement and use social media to make their business stand out from the crowd.

Jennifer has created adult learning and education for 20 years. Trained in adult education and instructional design, Jennifer assists customers in creating targeted and effective learning for their employees and others.

Over the years, Jennifer has developed hundreds of hours of Levels 1-4 instructor-led, online, and virtual training for government clients such as the US Army, US Navy, and DoD. She’s also worked in tandem with industry experts to develop interactive learning for commercial customers including USAA, Valero Energy, McKesson, State Farm, and BNSF Railway.

Jennifer is involved with many training organizations and likes to incorporate new technology and learning methods when it is appropriate to do so. By assessing learner needs, job tasks, and expected outcomes, Jennifer’s goal is to design engaging and meaningful learning…regardless of the topic!

John

John Flores

John has worked with computer systems for more than 20 years, specializing in interactive web-based solutions and simulations.

As a part of the Digital Wake team, John provides technical expertise to identify the most effective solution for our clients. A skilled programmer and manager, he has led several projects through all phases of development including initial requirements analysis, system and technical design, product development, and final quality control testing.

Prior to Digital Wake, John served as a Director of Creative Development where he supported the capture and development of several multi-million dollar defense contracts. John has had the pleasure of developing interactive web-based solutions for clients such as State Farm, McKesson, USAF, United States Army, Veterans Administration, Executive Office of the President, FAA, Southwest Airlines, Conoco Phillips, USAA, Valero, Zaner-Bloser, Siemens and many small businesses around the country.

Ken

Kenneth Thieme

Ken has been a technology professional for over 20 years, specializing in web application architecture, data management, and web-based training systems.

Ken is Digital Wake’s chief technologist. He’s constantly assessing new technologies to see how they can be incorporated in solutions for our clients. He is also our web-based training specialist with more than 15 years’ experience with numerous Learning Management Systems. Furthermore, he is also an expert with web-based training communication protocols (AICC, SCORM, and xAPI) and has developed numerous application frameworks using those protocols.

Ken has used his expertise to provide exceptional support to numerous government agencies, including the US Air Force, US Army, US Navy, FBI, Department of Justice, EPA, FAA, Executive Office of the President, and Veteran’s Affairs. He’s also supported commercial clients to include Clarke American, HB Zachry, State Farm, McKesson, Whataburger, USAA, Valero Energy, Rackspace, Southwest Airlines, BP, and many others.

Michael

Michael Bound

Managing Partner

Michael is a technology professional with more than 15 years of specializing web applications development, software engineering, and web-based training.

Michael oversees client and account management for Digital Wake. Using his technical and creative backgrounds, Michael works with our clients to understand their unique requirements and pairs them with effective solutions.

Michael has led multiple projects involving large-scale development of courseware for government agencies including the US Air Force, US Army, and the FAA. He’s also provided his expertise to a variety of commercial clients including State Farm, USAA, Valero Energy, and many others. His expertise in courseware design and interactivity has led to award winning work as recognized by the Brandon Hall Group.
