Digital Wake won a coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the category: Future of Work – Best Advance in Diversity and Inclusion Innovation. Digital Wake’s win was announced on December 9, 2021. A full list of winners can be found here.
Digital Wake’s submission, Healing Centered Engagement Courseware, was developed for Flourish Agenda. This online course and Learning Management Solution allows educators and youth justice workers to engage in an experience that enhances their abilities to positively interact with and create safe environments for marginalized and oppressed youth of color. They provided us with instructor-led content and redesigned it to be a self-paced online course that uses a variety of learning strategies, including animated storytelling, videos, interactive activities, and open-ended self-reflection questions. We then implemented the training in a custom Learning Management Solution that allows them a wide range of options.”

This is the second Brandon Hall Group award Digital Wake has won in the last two years. In 2019, Digital Wake won a silver award for Excellence in Corporate Initiatives.
