The Valero – Supervisor Toolkit is a training manual for incoming supervisors. On of the challenges Valero was facing was the need to update the information in the toolkit with-out having to reprint it each time, for every employee.
A complete digitization was the solution. We created a virtual tool kit, that content could be updated and sent to the users real time with no down time for re-printing.
Additionally users can fill out information, forms, and answer questions, that data is collected and can be printed or emailed to the individual user for their records.
